Use of the service for the sole purpose of obtaining estimates with no intent to purchase is strictly prohibited. The Client agrees that Print4Half.com shall not be liable to them for any loss or damage they may suffer due to any modification, suspension, termination, or discontinuance of the Service.

In consideration of Client’s use of the Service, they agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themselves. Personal data and certain other information about Client are subject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Please note that Clients will not be permitted to upload to Print4Half.com any artwork files consisting materials that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law, infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights.

Print4Half.com will not assume the responsibility of checking the content of its Client’s submitted materials for copyright violations, and will not be held accountable for any illegal use of copyrighted material by its Clients.

If Print4Half.com learns that any material from the Client infringes someone else’s copyright, Print4Half.com will be forced to reject jobs deeming it inappropriate. So please, respect other people’s copyrights.

Unless negotiated and agreed in writing, the copyright of general artwork, commissioned artwork and illustrations and anything else whatsoever prepared, developed or created by Print4Half.com shall vest in and belong to Print4Half.com.

Print4Half.com may use any artwork or printing produced by it for the purpose of promoting the website. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary authorities and consents to reproduce pictures, artwork, photographs, copyright text and/or any other reproducible materials prior to instructing Print4Half.com to reproduce the same.

All design, text, illustrations, graphics, photographs, diagrams, drawings, logos and the selection and arrangement thereof, and all source code and all other material content of any Website owned, controlled or operated by Print4Half.com shall belong to Print4Half.com itself, and no reproduction of any part is allowed without written permission.

In addition, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations pertaining to on-line decency and appropriate and acceptable content. This means that you agree to the following with regards to any product coming from Print4Half.com:

You will not upload, post or send any content through the Print4Half.com service containing adult or child pornography, or anything indecent, lewd, or obscene; material that threatens to kidnap or injure anyone, threatens to damage the reputation of anyone or harm their personal property, threatens to accuse anyone of a crime, threatens to announce that a person has violated law(s) of the United States, or threatens blackmail; encourages or suggests forcible resistance to any law of the United States, insurrection, or treason; includes fraudulent, libelous or hurtful remarks directed at any other person or business; or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Print4Half.com or any other party.

Print4Half.com will not be held liable under any conditions or circumstances for any information, content or material that you may find indecent or offensive.

Print4Half.com provides services and products only for your personal use and you agree to refrain from using such services and products, as well as messages or correspondences for any unauthorized purposes including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising, spam, or any other form of solicitation.

You must have a registered account. Please note that if you are placing any order in the name of a company, you must be legally authorized to place this order for the company.Protection of passwords and controlling account access is your responsibility. Print4Half.com will not be held responsible for any password or access problems. Furthermore, all orders, actions, etc., placed through your registered account are your responsibility and not the responsibility of Print4Half.com.

Print4Half.com reserves the right to remove or refuse any content or information that violates the Terms and Conditions agreement or may otherwise be considered unlawful or objectionable. In addition, you agree that content and or information obtained by Print4Half.com may be kept and disclosed if Print4Half.com is required to do so by law, or if Print4Half.com believes, in good faith, that it is necessary to disclose such content in order to comply with any legal proceeding or processes; uphold or enforce the terms of our services; respond to any claims that the content or information is or may be in violation of the rights of another party; that the content or information may be objectionable or offensive; or that the content/information is necessary to protect the rights or property of the public or Print4Half.com in any way.

We strongly suggest that all items except for background images be at least 1/8" from the trim line. Items falling closer to the trim line may be cut off. Please refer to the templates provided on our site for guidelines.

Clients must provide all full color printing images in CMYK format, and we are not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.

Print4Half.com will not be responsible for any files that the Client has not set up properly.

A charge may be made to cover any additional work involved where artwork/copy supplied is not clear and legible or electronic files supplied are damaged or otherwise unsuitable.

Additional cost incurred if materials are found to be unsuitable during production, may be charged except that if the whole or any part of such additional cost could have been avoided but for unreasonable delay by Print4Half.com in ascertaining the unsuitability of the materials then that amount shall not be charged to the Client. Where materials are so supplied or specified, the printer will take every care to secure the best results, but responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability of materials so supplied or specified. Quantities of materials supplied shall be adequate to cover normal spoilage.

It is the sole responsibility of Client to maintain a copy of the original file. Print4Half.com is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied by the Client or for the accuracy of furnished input or final output. Print4Half.com may limit the maximum size of any Content that may be uploaded. Until digital input can be evaluated by Print4Half.com, no claims or promises are made about Print4Half.com’s ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize Client-supplied files will be charged at prevailing rates.

Print4Half.com shall have no liability in respect of any work being of less than reasonably satisfactory quality as a result of defects in or the unsuitability of materials supplied or specified by the Client.

Print4Half.com shall assume that quantities of materials supplied shall be adequate to cover normal spoilage accordingly if the quantities of materials supplied are not sufficient to cover normal spoilage, considering it as an Insufficient Supply; then Print4Half.com shall have no liability for any shortfall in quantity to the extent that such shortfall arises as a result of such Insufficient Supply.

Print4Half.com wants you to understand that monitor calibration varies widely, and it is inconceivable for us to run all jobs to match what various Clients see on their monitors.

Print4Half.com will complete your project in accordance with industry-wide trade standards for color and registration, and will make every effort to match the gradient density of each color, however, Print4Half.com cannot be held responsible for the final appearance of a color, as the appearance of printed colors may be affected by UV coating, and Print4Half.com therefore should not be held responsible for final color appearance of UV-coated product(s).

Print4Half.com will reproduce color from digital files as closely as possible, but may not exactly match color and density due to limitations in the proofing and printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. A reasonable variation in color between original materials, proofs and the completed order will be considered acceptable print quality.

Clients must provide high resolution images suited to the offset printing process, and Print4Half.com will not be liable for images printing poorly due to the Client providing low resolution images.

Please review the final proof carefully prior to completing your order. Print4Half.com will not accept responsibility for typographical errors, errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, fonts or content. Print4Half.com will not be held responsible for Client errors in finished product sizes, wrong cuts, or missing or incorrect folds.

Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected. When variations of this kind occur, it will be considered acceptable performance.

If a Change is made to an existing order that results in a credit, a Fee will be charged in the amount of a set percentage value of total credit amount, to cover transaction costs related to this credit. For details, please contact our Client service department as the price varies by product size.

Our shipment and delivery dates are based upon estimates provided by our shipment suppliers, and Print4Half.com will not be responsible for delays in shipments due to shipping company delays, international customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond its control. We will strive to ensure that all delivery schedules are met in a timely manner.

Please note that unexpected production or shipment delays may occur as a result of technical problems or equipment malfunction or failure. Rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived by us, where applicable, for a delay caused by technical difficulty.

Print4Half.com cannot be held responsible for shipping errors, delays or lost or damaged products due to 3rd party errors.

In the case that a Client supplies the wrong address causing a package not to be delivered on time, Print4Half.com will reship the package (to the corrected address) with an additional shipping fee for the re-shipment.

Advice of damage, setback or partial loss of goods in transportation or of non-delivery must be given in script to Print4Half.com and the transporter within three business days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery within 28 days of dispatch of the goods) and any claim in respect thence must be made in script to the Print4Half.com and the carrier within seven business days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 42 days of dispatch). Print4Half.com shall not be accountable in respect of any claim unless the aforesaid necessities have been complied with apart from in any particular case where the Client proves that (i) it was not feasible to conform with the requirements and (ii) advice (where required) was given and the claim made as soon as sensibly possible.

Print4Half.com reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason it deems fit.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SUPPLIED MEDIA WILL NOT BE RETURNED. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL MEDIA.

Print4Half.com gives no warranties or guarantees or makes any representations as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any completed work the subject of a Client’s order and all other warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations, whether express or implied, oral or in writing, except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded.

Print4Half.com shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay in transit not caused by them, and shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, economic loss, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated savings or loss of data.

There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of the Print4Half.com. In such cases, schedules will be extended by an amount of time equal to delay incurred.

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by you in writing no later than 7 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Print4Half.com will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, you acknowledge that Print4Half.com?s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications.
