If a customer does not request a proof, the customer accepts the responsibility that the files are prepared correctly and the order will print correctly.

Besides, we want you to understand that monitor calibration varies widely, and it is inconceivable for us to run all jobs to match what various clients see on their monitors. We will complete your project in accordance with industry-wide trade standards for color and registration, but do not guarantee color matching due to the nature of electronic files and client workflow.

We archive files for up to 6 months for reorders; however, we are not responsible for any file losses or damages
